What to Expect

When you come along you’ll find:

  • A warm, friendly welcome from our volunteers and members.
  • Complimentary Tea, coffee, snacks and plenty of conversation.
  • A safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
  • The opportunity to meet others who understand what you’re going through.
  • Workshops and demonstrations
  • Advice, guidance and signposting to other support services if needed.
  • Information about Pink Ladies events, wellbeing activities and funded therapies.
